**The members of the Regional Candidates Committee (RCC) do not sit on the Executive. 

Please note:

• Nominations must be for a paid up member of the Liberal Democrats & registered as a member within the South Central Region. 
• Proposers and Seconders must be fully paid up members of the Liberal Democrats, & registered as members within the South Central Region. 
• Nominations can be made online (button above) or on paper at regional conference in Didcot November 7th 2026
• Nominations must be received in full no later than 12pm November 7th 2026
• Members can be nominated for more than one role. Roles will be appointed in the order listed in Article 3.1 of the constitution. If selected for a role earlier in the list, subsequent nominations for that member for other executive positions will automatically be withdrawn. 
• In the event any positions are contested, an announcement by the Returning Officer will confirm the schedule for an election by the members of the South Central Liberal Democrats (usually announced within a week of conference and started within 14 days of conference). 
  • Notification of the result will be carried on our website.
  • Emails will be sent to members who the regional party has permission to email with voting instructions.
